We pride ourselves in having the ultimate professional staff of hair designer’s, colorists, & makeup artists. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please bring it to our attention within 7 days and we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction. Please feel free to try another stylist. Hairitage Hair Lounge reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct, tardiness, no shows, or any other situation we deem inappropriate.
Cancellation
At the time of scheduling your appointment, we ask for a credit card on file. Your appointment is reserved especially for you. While we understand that life can be hectic and unforeseen circumstances do arise, if needed we kindly ask that all guests cancel or reschedule appointment before our 48 hour cancellation policy by phone or email. We will not accept cancellations through social media. Last minute notice, or no show creates gaps in our team’s schedule that can be difficult to fill and may also prevent another guest from being able to schedule in that time. Our no show protection policy is explained to you at the time of booking and is included in your confirmation email. All guests are required to agree to this policy in order to confirm appointment.
Services cannot be downgraded on the day service is rendered. Client will be charged for full service booked.
Your credit card on file will be charged a 50% fee for late cancellation within 48 hours or 100% fee within 24 hours of your appointment.

Scheduling
We recommend scheduling your next appointment before leaving the salon to reserve your service(s). Hairitage Hair Lounge does not guarantee the integrity of the hair service without each guest being able to commit to the maintenance involved in certain services. Upon booking we do require a credit card on file, and a deposit. Deposit will be applied to your balance upon check out. All guests receive a confirmation email upon booking. We also offer 24hr online booking for your convenience. If you did not receive an email after completing your online booking, something was incomplete, you do not have an appointment. Issues with booking? You can always call the salon at (908) 506 -1111, we will help with scheduling. In order to receive promos or specials, please mention upon booking or to your stylist in your consultation. Cash Preferred. Cash guests receive a 4% discount
Gratuities
All gratuities must be paid in CASH or venmo. Often times our guests ask how much they should tip, the industry standard is 20%.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards are available for purchase in-store or online.
Refunds
No refunds on gift cards or services. Being a small service business prohibits us from giving cash refunds. Guests are not able to return their hair or the time that was spent on the service therefore we are not able to return tenders. We encourage all guests that need modifications to immediately contact us with in 7 days of your service date in order to rectify any concerns. We appreciate and welcome all feedback seeing that it only helps our small business grow. Unused retail must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
Credit Cards & Checks Policy
There is a 4% fee for all card transactions. No checks are accepted as of January 2020.
